Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email containing a tracking number and link. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, please contact us at info@grippelle.com or +31 6 40755132 so we can investigate.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately via info@grippelle.com.
If you provide an incorrect address and do not notify us within 12 hours of placing your order, we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued.
How long does delivery take?
- Order cut-off: Orders placed before 15:00 (Mon–Fri) are accepted the same day.
- Processing time: 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- Shipping time: 4–6 working days after dispatch.
- Total delivery time: 5–9 working days from order confirmation.

Shipping within the United Kingdom is free of charge.
